National Energy Saving Lamp Replacement for 1 Year, Provincial 4 Three Gorges Projects

Xie Zhenhua, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said that the government plans to promote at least 150 million energy-saving lamps this year, aiming to replace all incandescent lamps in the country with energy-saving lamps within a few years.
